Welcome to the Matriarchy! I'm Nai 💕. I started Feminist Fitness because I noticed there were no online spaces for women who wanted to create community while empowering themselves through movement.
Community strengthens your health through support, accountability, and belonging, while motivational role models inspire what’s possible. It's the ultimate fitness hack. As you adopt a stronger, healthier identity, your habits align with that version of yourself, improving both physical consistency and mental well-being.
I designed this community because it is exactly what I needed while I was on my fitness journey.

All workouts are designed for beginners and can be used by advanced skill levels as well. Every workout includes modifications and progressions. Every week, I upload 2 Bodyweight Workouts and 2 Equipment Workouts.
"On Your Own" workouts are exercises you can do on your own, at your own pace.
"Follow-Along" workouts are workouts that you can do on your own time, but at my pace! Follow me through a workout. They are great for those of you who have less than 30 mins and want to move through a workout without the extra mental load. They include a warm-up and cool down.
